CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mick Vujanovic has served patients and residents in an operational capacity for over 25 years. Transparency and placing residents first is vital to his approach, meeting regularly with center staff and families, and passing out his cell phone number for 24/7 accessibility. Mick has created numerous programs which have improved clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction.

Christa Masden

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Christa Masden is a real  executive and clinical leader,  with 25 years of experience in the post-acute and long-term care industry. Her skills in consulting, education, program development, care management and reimbursement make her an essential player of our team. She is passionate about leadership and works closely with caregivers to deliver care that is tailored to the needs of each resident.

Erin Nedrow

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Erin Nedrow has over 18 years of experience serving the long-term care community, and has earned a Healthcare MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of the patients, residents, families, and providers which ClearView serves. Erin is strongly committed to developing exceptional provider, community, and facility partnerships on behalf of ClearView.

Candace Harrod

AREA DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Candace Harrod RN WCC, has 18 years of experience as a nurse, in acute care setting, long term care leadership and multi facility clinical management. Her nursing career has been dedicated to developing reliable systems in long term care, as well as educating and developing nurses and other healthcare professionals to be compassionate servant leaders.

Amber Pilkey

Area Director of Clinical Services

Amber Pilkey is a Regional Director of Clinical Services for ClearView Healthcare Management. She has eighteen years of experience in the geriatric field. Amber has served in roles that include nursing assistant, charge nurse, unit manager, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, and Regional Nurse Consultant. Her goal is, and has always been, to ensure that residents are treated with the up most dignity and respect and that each resident that we care for has the best possible quality of life.

John Plunkett

CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

John Plunkett came to ClearView Healthcare with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration focused on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. His role as Clinical Support Specialist for ClearView Healthcare is bolstered by 12 years of hands-on long-term care experience and a passion for policy development, team education and quality improvement.

Mitchell Sailing

Clinical Support Specialist

Mitchell Sailing is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of skilled and long-term care experience compiled from a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Regional Director of Clinical Services. He is passionate about providing quality care, and the development of a family like atmosphere within nursing facilities.

Fran Stahl

CONTROLLER

Fran Stahl’s 15 years’ plus experience began with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Policy. This led him to a leading role as business administrator and regional director of operations. His passion for developing strong relationships with facility teams, residents and their families, lay the foundation of enhanced quality of life at ClearView. 

Rebecca Dempley

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Becky Dempley has been ClearViews’ Director of Human Resources since 2019. Her 30+ years of LTC experience spans multiple positions, including labor, human resources and data analytics. A firm believer in employees as the foundation of success, Becky continues to foster outstanding care to our residents.

Sam Cogar

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As the Executive Assistant for ClearView Healthcare Management, Samantha Cogar brings her talents of organization and communication to the company. She has a passion for people and loves to assist in multiple aspects of the business. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Louisville and has a Bachelors of History and a Bachelors of English. She has worked in the healthcare field since 2009.

Sarah Stewart

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Sarah Stewart has served long-term care residents for 14 years, in numerous roles.  She has successfully executed operational and cultural facility turnarounds through her enthusiastic, high-energy leadership style and relationship-building skills. Her passion for the elderly began as a teenager while caring for grandparents, and volunteering in nursing homes, and is thankful for the opportunity to provide “home” to the most vulnerable.

Josh Schindler

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Josh Schindler has over 16 years of experience in healthcare. He started his career as a social worker and has since served in multiple positions before his current role. He has a passion for team building, mentoring and program developing. Josh enjoys the challenge of coaching and mentoring employees so that they can be their best, and further improve the ClearView team.

Steve Maddox

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Steve Maddox has been committed to serving in the long-term care industry for over 25 years. It is Steve’s down-to-earth common-sense approach to operations that has improved the care and quality of living for the residents entrusted to him. In his career, Steve has served as an administrator and regional director of operations for several facilities and regions in multiple states and finds long-term care both challenging and rewarding.

Luanne Comperry

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Upon graduating from Belmont University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Luanne has spent the past 15 years serving patients in a variety of skilled nursing facility roles. Serving in multiple roles has given Luanne a unique ability to relate to her fellow co-workers, building and mentoring strong teams in the facilities she operates. Luanne believes integrity and effective communication are foundational traits in operations.

Christy Jordan

Regional Director of Operations Central, E KY

Christy Jordan, RN, BSN, LNHA has seventeen years of long-term care experience, including roles as a Director of Nursing and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. As a Regional Director of Operations, leading facilities to create home-like environments and having people-centered care is her forefront goal. Long-Term care is her passion, and as such, she feels taking care of people and her residents is a blessing. She strives to go home each day feeling like she made a difference to someone, and loves becoming so close to her residents that they feel like family.

Chris Hagan

Regional Plant Operations Director

Chris Hagan works with Clearview HealthCare as one of the Regional Directors of Plant Operations in the Kentucky market. For 30 years Chris has served and supported residents and staff through the Plant Operations department. During this time, he also managed his own residential maintenance company. He uses his experience in housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and management to exceed company goals by leading his team as a Regional Director. With a passion for healthcare Chris enjoys providing hands-on training and support for his team.

Carey Webb

Regional Plant Operations Director

Carey Webb is the ClearView Regional Director of Plant Operations. He has worked in long term care for 18 years. He has a Master Electricians License, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and is certified as a State Fire Instructor. His hands-on approach to all things construction and plant operations makes him an asset to ClearView Healthcare Management. Carey takes a lot of pride in his work and strives to make sure that residents have the most comfortable and safest environment.

Lorraine Givens

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Lorraine Givens is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s in skilled nursing. She serves ClearView Healthcare Management with the role of Regional Director of Clinical Services. Lorraine has more than 20 years of skilled and long-term care experience compiled from a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, Director of Nursing, and Regional Director of Clinical Services. She is passionate about providing quality care and improving the lives of all around her.

Lynn Jones

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Lynn Jones is a Registered Nurse, Certified Director of Nursing, Infection Preventionist and is Wound Care Certified. For the past 30 years, she has worked in all aspects of geriatric nursing from Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Clinical Services and Vice President of Clinical Operations. Lynn’s passion in the nursing field has been to ensure that the geriatric population receives the utmost in quality care. This passion continues in her current role as Regional Director of Clinical services in W KY.

Jamie Burnett

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Jamie Burnett has been in long-term care for twenty-one years. Sixteen of those years was dedicated to the same building where she started out as a C.N.A and then began nursing school the summer after high school graduation. Jamie first joined ClearView Healthcare Management as a Director of Nursing for Barren County Nursing and Rehab in August of 2019. In July of 2020 she was promoted to Regional Director of Clinical Services.

Nicole Graham

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Nicole Graham is the Central KY Regional Director of Clinical Services. She has a 25-year track record as a proven healthcare professional  in the various roles she served throughout her career: Clinical Director, Case Management, Quality Control, Clinical Education and Reimbursement. These experiences, along with her high-caliber management of clinical operations and outcomes highlight her passionate commitment to the aging population.

Teresa Wells

Regional Director of Clinical Services

Teresa Wells is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree. She began her career in 1991 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and began working as a registered nurse in 1996. Her background of work within skilled nursing facilities includes Unit Manager, Staff Development Coordinator, MDS nurse and Director of Nursing. She now serves in the position of Regional Director of Clinical Services. She is passionate about providing care to those who can no longer care for themselves.

Lindsey Portman

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Lindsey Portman has worked in long-term care since the start of her nursing career in 2010. She has served most of those years as Director of Nursing and has been with ClearView since 2018. She is a graduate of Spencerian College of Nursing. Lindsey has a strong passion for nursing and leadership and is excited to demonstrate this passion in her new role of Regional Director of Clinical Services to better educate and assist our facility staff.

Robin Campbell

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Robin Campbell has over twenty-five years of experience in the nursing field, with an emphasis on skilled and long-term care. She started as a CNA and worked up to positions such as Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. She has her BSN and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She believes in teamwork, feels strongly about continuing education and is passionate about patient care to achieve the highest possible outcomes for our residents.

Tara Bean

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Tara started her career in nursing twenty-eight years ago as a cardiac rehabilitation nurse in a hospital, but soon began to work PRN shifts at a skilled care facility and immediately fell in love with the whole concept and atmosphere of a skilled nursing setting. This connection transitioned Tara to her destined career path. Tara has served in all aspects of skilled care from Charge Nurse to Director of Nursing, while gaining respect, admiration, and ever-changing skills for those we serve. These professional milestones provided an opportunity to further her career as a Regional Director of Clinical Services. A proud skill is the ability to lead by example and become part of a team while she implements and perseveres through Daily Clinical Review, leading to positive survey management and clinical outcomes. In this role of Regional Director of Clinical Services, Tara enjoys motivating, supporting, and working alongside the individual facility teams so that they may experience the same positive outcomes for the residents.

Melisse Wells

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Before becoming ClearView’s Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, Melisse faithfully served in many LTC roles. A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a RN and BSN degree, Melisse’s experience includes leadership as Director Nursing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and MDS/Reimbursement Consultant. She views her part in integrating Initiated Case Mix education as one of her greatest accomplishments.

Shalin Prince

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Shalin Prince is a reimbursement specialist with ClearView Healthcare Management. She is passionate about assisting the elderly and ensuring that they receive the best care possible. She has over 20 years of experience in long-term care as Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator. Shalin graduated from Paducah Community College with her degree in nursing and has served in the United States Air Force.

Bobbi Kennedy

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Tennessee Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, Bobbi Kennedy holds an Associates Degree in Nursing and a BA in Healthcare Administration. Her 13 years of experience in various LTC positions includes insight into Case Mix, PDPM and proficiency in Quality Measures. Focused on educational opportunities, hard work, dedication and professional growth, she sets specific goals on learning regulations in multiple states.

Christine Thompson

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Christine Thompson advances her position as Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement in the Central KY Market with her 12 years of LTC clinical/reimbursement experience. A graduate of Nursing school and holder of a BA in Integrated Studies from Murray State University, Christine is committed to upgrade clinical outcomes and resident quality of life. Her multifaceted roles in direct care and leadership equips her with knowledge and skill necessary for industry improvement.
