Mick Vujanovic has served patients and residents in an operational capacity for over 25 years. Transparency and placing residents first is vital to his approach, meeting regularly with center staff and families, and passing out his cell phone number for 24/7 accessibility. Mick has created numerous programs which have improved clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction.

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Christa Masden is a real  executive and clinical leader,  with 25 years of experience in the post-acute and long-term care industry. Her skills in consulting, education, program development, care management and reimbursement make her an essential player of our team. She is passionate about leadership and works closely with caregivers to deliver care that is tailored to the needs of each resident.

Erin Nedrow

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Erin Nedrow has over 18 years of experience serving the long-term care community, and has earned a Healthcare MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of the patients, residents, families, and providers which ClearView serves. Erin is strongly committed to developing exceptional provider, community, and facility partnerships on behalf of ClearView.

Sarah Stewart

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Sarah Stewart has served long-term care residents for 14 years, in numerous roles.  She has successfully executed operational and cultural facility turnarounds through her enthusiastic, high-energy leadership style and relationship-building skills. Her passion for the elderly began as a teenager while caring for grandparents, and volunteering in nursing homes, and is thankful for the opportunity to provide “home” to the most vulnerable.

Josh Schindler

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Josh Schindler has over 16 years of experience in healthcare. He started his career as a social worker and has since served in multiple positions before his current role. He has a passion for team building, mentoring and program developing. Josh enjoys the challenge of coaching and mentoring employees so that they can be their best, and further improve the ClearView team.

Steve Maddox

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Steve Maddox has been committed to serving in the long-term care industry for over 25 years. It is Steve’s down-to-earth common-sense approach to operations that has improved the care and quality of living for the residents entrusted to him. In his career, Steve has served as an administrator and regional director of operations for several facilities and regions in multiple states and finds long-term care both challenging and rewarding.

Luanne Comperry

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Upon graduating from Belmont University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Luanne has spent the past 15 years serving patients in a variety of skilled nursing facility roles. Serving in multiple roles has given Luanne a unique ability to relate to her fellow co-workers, building and mentoring strong teams in the facilities she operates. Luanne believes integrity and effective communication are foundational traits in operations.

Candace Harrod

AREA DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Candace Harrod RN WCC, has 18 years of experience as a nurse, in acute care setting, long term care leadership and multi facility clinical management. Her nursing career has been dedicated to developing reliable systems in long term care, as well as educating and developing nurses and other healthcare professionals to be compassionate servant leaders.

Ava Green

AREA DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Ava has been an RN since 1992, and has over 23 years experience working in the skilled nursing and long term acute care setting. Ava has worked as a floor nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Nursing and Clinical Informatics Specialist. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a Master in Business Administration and Healthcare Management, and also holds certifications and MDS (RAC-CT), and Quality Improvement. (QCP).

Amber Pilkey

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Amber Pilkey is a Regional Director of Clinical Services for ClearView Healthcare Management. She has eighteen years of experience in the geriatric field. Amber has served in roles that include nursing assistant, charge nurse, unit manager, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, and Regional Nurse Consultant. Her goal is, and has always been, to ensure that residents are treated with the up most dignity and respect and that each resident that we care for has the best possible quality of life.

Lorraine Givens

Lorraine Givens is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s in skilled nursing. She serves ClearView Healthcare Management with the role of Regional Director of Clinical Services. Lorraine has more than 20 years of skilled and long-term care experience compiled from a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, Director of Nursing, and Regional Director of Clinical Services. She is passionate about providing quality care and improving the lives of all around her.

Arlene S Dawson

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Arlene S Dawson BS RN PLNC is a passionate and results-driven healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in long-term and skilled nursing care. In her role as a Regional Director of Clinical Services at ClearView Healthcare, Arlene has achieved exceptional results in many areas of healthcare administration, including risk management, compliance, legal nurse consulting, and performance improvement. She works to improve healthcare outcomes for our facilities, thereby positively impacting care for our residents and their families.

Lynn Jones

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Lynn Jones is a Registered Nurse, Certified Director of Nursing, Infection Preventionist and is Wound Care Certified. For the past 30 years, she has worked in all aspects of geriatric nursing from Nursing Assistant, Charge Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Clinical Services and Vice President of Clinical Operations. Lynn’s passion in the nursing field has been to ensure that the geriatric population receives the utmost in quality care. This passion continues in her current role as Regional Director of Clinical services in W KY.

Jamie Burnett

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Jamie Burnett has been in long-term care for twenty-one years. Sixteen of those years was dedicated to the same building where she started out as a C.N.A and then began nursing school the summer after high school graduation. Jamie first joined ClearView Healthcare Management as a Director of Nursing for Barren County Nursing and Rehab in August of 2019. In July of 2020 she was promoted to Regional Director of Clinical Services.

Linda Davis

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Linda U. Davis is Regional Director of Clinical Services for W Kentucky and Tennessee. She holds a BS in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. She is a progressive leader in LTC with a strong common-sense approach to leadership, team building and clinical skills. Incorporated with technology, these strengths improve clinical outcomes and quality of care.

Nicole Graham

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Nicole Graham is the Central KY Regional Director of Clinical Services. She has a 25-year track record as a proven healthcare professional  in the various roles she served throughout her career: Clinical Director, Case Management, Quality Control, Clinical Education and Reimbursement. These experiences, along with her high-caliber management of clinical operations and outcomes highlight her passionate commitment to the aging population.

Dimitra Devore

SPECIAL PROJECTS NURSE

Dimitra Devore has over 18 years of experience in the nursing field, including long-term care and Psychology. She started as a CNA and worked up to positions such as Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. Dimitra has a Masters Degree in Nursing with emphasis in Leadership in Health Care Settings. Dimitra believes in teamwork and the importance of evidence-based practice and feels strongly that the patient comes first. She loves the nursing profession and does all she can to help ensure positive outcomes.

Melisse Wells

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Before becoming ClearView’s Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, Melisse faithfully served in many LTC roles. A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a RN and BSN degree, Melisse’s experience includes leadership as Director Nursing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and MDS/Reimbursement Consultant. She views her part in integrating Initiated Case Mix education as one of her greatest accomplishments.

Shalin Prince

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Shalin Prince is a reimbursement specialist with ClearView Healthcare Management. She is passionate about assisting the elderly and ensuring that they receive the best care possible. She has over 20 years of experience in long-term care as Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator. Shalin graduated from Paducah Community College with her degree in nursing and has served in the United States Air Force.

Bobbi Kennedy

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Tennessee Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, Bobbi Kennedy holds an Associates Degree in Nursing and a BA in Healthcare Administration. Her 13 years of experience in various LTC positions includes insight into Case Mix, PDPM and proficiency in Quality Measures. Focused on educational opportunities, hard work, dedication and professional growth, she sets specific goals on learning regulations in multiple states.

Christine Thompson

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Christine Thompson advances her position as Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement in the Central KY Market with her 12 years of LTC clinical/reimbursement experience. A graduate of Nursing school and holder of a BA in Integrated Studies from Murray State University, Christine is committed to upgrade clinical outcomes and resident quality of life. Her multifaceted roles in direct care and leadership equips her with knowledge and skill necessary for industry improvement.

Carey Webb

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS

Carey Webb is the ClearView Plant Operations Specialist. He has worked in long term care for 18 years. He has a Master Electricians License, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and is certified as a State Fire Instructor. His hands-on approach to all things construction and plant operations makes him an asset to ClearView Healthcare Management. Carey takes a lot of pride in his work and strives to make sure that residents have the most comfortable and safest environment.

Marty Jones

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS

Marty Jones’ LTC career began in 1999. After relocating to Tennessee, his forward-thinking professionalism  rapidly moved him through industry ranks, from maintenance to a long-time award-winning Maintenance Supervisor. Today, Marty serves ClearView Healthcare Management as Regional Director of Plant Operations for Tennessee with an emphasis on team atmosphere and cooperation, and process improvement focused on the needs of residents and staff.

John Plunkett

CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

John Plunkett came to ClearView Healthcare with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration focused on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. His role as Clinical Support Specialist for ClearView Healthcare is bolstered by 12 years of hands-on long-term care experience and a passion for policy development, team education and quality improvement.

Fran Stahl

Fran Stahl’s 15 years’ plus experience began with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Policy. This led him to a leading role as business administrator and regional director of operations. His passion for developing strong relationships with facility teams, residents and their families, lay the foundation of enhanced quality of life at ClearView. 

Rebecca Dempley

Becky Dempley has been ClearViews’ Director of Human Resources since 2019. Her 30+ years of LTC experience spans multiple positions, including labor, human resources and data analytics. A firm believer in employees as the foundation of success, Becky continues to foster outstanding care to our residents.

Sam Cogar

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As the Executive Assistant for ClearView Healthcare Management, Samantha Cogar brings her talents of organization and communication to the company. She has a passion for people and loves to assist in multiple aspects of the business. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Louisville and has a Bachelors of History and a Bachelors of English. She has worked in the healthcare field since 2009.

Sarah Stewart has served long-term care residents for 14 years, in roles ranging from marketing and business development, to facility operations. She has successfully executed operational and cultural facility turnarounds through her enthusiastic, high-energy leadership style. Sarah believes relationship building is her strongest asset. She utilizes these skills to build rapport and foster relationships with her employees, the local healthcare community, and most importantly, the residents and families she serves. Her passion for the elderly began as a teenager, while caring for grandparents, and volunteering in nursing homes. Sarah did not plan for this career path, but the opportunity to provide “home” to the most vulnerable is why she is thankful long-term care chose her!

AREA DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Ava Green has been a nurse since 1991 and has over 25 years in the long-term care industry, starting in laundry and kitchen as a teenager. She has worked in a variety of roles in the industry at the facility level and the regional/corporate level. She has a servant heart and believes strongly in ensuring the employees are taken care of and have the resources they need to provide the highest quality of care to the residents we serve. Ava has earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing and an MBA in Healthcare Management, along with a certification in Gerontology. Her passions outside of long-term care include her grandchildren, her dog, and bicycling.

Linda U. Davis is the Regional Director of Clinical Services for Western Kentucky and Tennessee. Linda graduate from Mississippi University for Women with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also graduated from The Ohio University with a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. Linda is a skilled progressive leader in long term care. Linda’s common-sense approach to leadership, team building, and clinical skills are her greatest strength. Linda incorporate these strengths with technology to improve clinical outcomes while enhancing quality of care. When not at work, Linda mentor’s young adult especially single parents who desire careers in the healthcare field.

Nicole Graham

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Nicole “Nickie” Graham is a proven healthcare leader with over twenty-five years of experience and is currently serving as a Regional Director of Clinical Services for the Central KY region. Over the span of her career she has served in various roles including Clinical Director, Case Management, Quality Control, Clinical Education and Reimbursement. These experiences have highlighted her passion and commitment to the aging adult population as well as her high caliber performance in managing clinical operations and outcomes.

Nickie believes in the power of employee engagement and the correlation it has with an organization’s overall success. Therefore, her leadership approach places a strong emphasis on professional accountability, employee development, and transparent communication. This approach coupled with her tenured experience and servant leadership mentality makes Nickie a great asset to the long-term care community.

Melisse Wells

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Melisse Wells is a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement for ClearView Healthcare Management. She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and has her RN, BSN. Melisse has served in many roles in long-term care, including as Director of Nursing from 2010 to 2012, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from 2012 to 2013 and then consulting for MDS/Reimbursement from 2013. One of her greatest accomplishments is integrating Initiated Case Mix education prior to go live in TN for Concordia Care in 2018.

Shalin Prince

Shalin Prince has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She started her career as a nurse aide and then went on to become a registered nurse. Bobbi Kennedy has thirteen years of long-term care experience where she has served in a variety of positions. She has an Associates Degree in Nursing and a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration. As a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement in Tennessee for ClearView Healthcare Management, Bobbi enjoys her time in the centers both teaching and learning from others. She sees failures as a learning opportunity and that through hard work and dedication, success is achieved. She is well versed in Case Mix, PDPM and proficient with Quality Measures. Professional growth goals include learning regulations in multiple states.

Christine believes her experience in various direct care and leadership roles throughout her healthcare career has equipped her with knowledge and skill to improve the LTC industry.

Marty Jones

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

Marty Jones serves ClearView Healthcare Management as Regional Director of Plant Operations for Tennessee. Marty was first introduced to the medical field in 1999 through his family’s DME company where he officially started working with adult care facilities and maintenance. Since then he has worked with independent living, assisted living, skilled care, long-term care, and hospice facilities in his career.
After moving to Tennessee, Marty started as a maintenance tech in a long-term care and assisted living facility, quickly working up to Maintenance Supervisor. While in that position for 15 years, he obtained many certificates from Life Safety on the state and federal level, Disaster Preparedness and Recovery certificates from FEMA and Nursing Home Incident Management from the TN Healthcare Coalition. Under his Maintenance Supervisor position, his facility won several awards from best landscaping in the city to best customer and employee satisfaction in the company.
Marty takes pride in that he is a forward-thinking person, and believes in a team atmosphere, working with everyone, to improve processes that best fit our residents and staff.

John Plunkett is the Clinical Support Specialist for ClearView Healthcare Management, focusing on clinical informatics and education. He has twelve years of experience in long-term care, including operations, clinical management, and clinical reimbursement. John earned a bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing and a master’s degree of Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. John’s career passions include policy development, employee education and quality improvement.

Fran Stahl

Fran Stahl has over 15 years of experience in the long-term care industry. He started his career in the business office and has been an administrator and regional director of operations. Fran has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Policy. He has a passion for servant leadership and developing strong relationships with facility teams, residents, and resident’s families. These relationships lay the foundation for enhanced quality of life for the residents we serve.
